According to
this it could be a serious security attack. I would suggest getting a good firewall and running anti-maleware like
Malwarebytes to see if there is any malicious code on your computer.
Good Luck

I already have scanned using "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" nothing reported
I already have MSE running without any issues, nothing reported.
I have firewall both on ADSL modem/ WIFI and laptop.
I have a network PC, somewhere I read make this laptop to Public Network instead of Home Network ...
that has reduced the events >>>
rite now i only see this :
Logon Logogg and Special Logon
but i dont see System Integrity / Other System Events.. both these are gone since i put my laptop to Public

Looks pretty normal to me now. Maybe someone (or something) saw a temporary opening and was trying to execute an attack on your system. There are always a lot of logon logoff events when networking.
Seems like you solved the problem yourself, I wouldn't worry unless it starts happening again.

It is a puzzler. Have you tried deleting your networks settings and redoing the network from scratch (all computers currently on the network)?

ok both computers on work group now.. and for now i dont see any new events
i will try to put both of these to home again...
and hope nothing goes wrong.
When i put to public i cant share files so i need to be on Work ...
although i did not find much issues on work ... maybe home and work are similar just more security on work networking
